The Fairwood Incorporation proponents claim that since the King County Boundary Review Board spent $125,000 on a study that was conducted by “independent experts in the field of municipal planning and finance”, the study must be above reproach.
You don’t have to look very far to come up with a number of examples where people have “lost their shirts” because they blindly trusted the so called experts. And those so called experts were being monitored by respected government agencies.
Just because you’re not a financial expert, it doesn’t mean you can’t understand what the Fairwood Incorporation Study is trying to sell you. You will, however, need a magnifying glass to read the important charts and documentation at the end of the study.
